Start the day with a glass of water with lemon






People normally reach for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Before you do that, enjoy a glass of water with lemon. Why?

Drinking any water, or especially warm water, first thing in the morning can help flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body.

1.Water with lemon helps you lose weight.

It has nominal calories, purges and boosts your metabolism and contain pectin fiber, which assists in fighting hunger cravings.Hydrates the body throughout the night and at the same time make it easier to digest.

2.Water with lemon is a natural detox agent.

It helps cleanse the body of toxins, so it is recognized as a component of detoxification treatment.

3.Strengthens the immune system, thanks to vitamin C

4.Provides vitamins and trace elements -potassium, vitamin B and C, calcium, magnesium, antioxidants, and iron.

5.Antibacterial and antiviral effects.

6.It helps cure the common cold.

7.Clears skin - The vitamin C component helps decrease wrinkles and blemishes.

8.Reduce depression and anxiety symptoms.

Lemon water has a high potassium content – depression and anxiety are often linked to not having enough potassium in your blood.

A glass of hot water with lemon, invigorate and stimulate you, and injects vitamin C. Cleanses the body of toxins, try to limit coffee and smoking, in exchange drink more fluids - preferably water green or fruit tea.

Recently I started to add one teaspoon of  Organic Molasses to my glass on lemon water -its loaded with vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Molasses is also a good source of iron, vitamin B6, potassium, calcium and magnesium.




I recommend to start the day with a  warm glass of water with lemon .
It's a great introduction to a healthy lifestyle.
