A few months ago I decided to start a blog about healthy lifestyle.
My adventure with healthy lifestyle started 3.5 years ago after giving birth to my daughter. Before that I was not really that bothered about what I was eating. I was always in a rush and pretty much ate anything without knowing the impact. Constantly felt tired, low levels of energy, drank 2-3 cups coffee per day to keep me going. Although I am not overweight, I don't need to exercise in order to maintain my weight levels, therefore I always had an excuse to avoid any exercises.
I had an interest in a more healthy lifestyle, began watching material on inspirational YouTube depicting nutrition, also on how to exercise and what to eat, stay healthy, fit and strong.
I`m no nutritionist, am a mum with a small child ( 3.5 years daughter ) but loves to read and to live a healthy lifestyle. On this blog I will share tips on healthy living such as recipes that are delicious, healthy and inexpensive. At the beginning of my journey with healthy lifestyle I was confused, as we are surrounded by lots of information around healthy lifestyle, fitness, new healthy products, food and etc. I thought that being healthy would be expensive.

I wish this blog will be an inspiration for you to change your life for healthier lifestyle, no matter how old are you. The point is simply to try as much as possible to take care of yourself and well-being. This is the main goal.
Update on May 2020: my son was born on May 2017. Since then even more I am focus on health and healthy lifestyle, and how to create a healthy , non toxic home .I have started to do my own non toxic, without chemicals home cleaning products ,also my own home made cosmetics ,candles. I am very happy to share all these new recipes with You .😀
